Description

Doming Lab Intermediate High Volume Doming Kit designed for short to medium production runs of domed labels. Ideal for Sign Making Business’s, Craft Uses, Badge Making, 3D Sticker Making & More. Kit includes an A4 Cure Unit which keeps the domes clean and dust free during the curing process. Stackable trays allow for a large number of domes to be produced during 1 production run.

Kit includes all 12x Crystal Polyurethane Doming Resin Cartridges plus all the accessories you need to produce the perfect domed labels. The adjustable base tray ensures a perfectly level workspace to ensure perfect 3D labels are produced.

As standard this kit has the ability to dome approximately 88x 25mm labels so a total of 220 labels across the 5 included work trays. Additional work trays can be purchased via our store.

Our Crystal Polyurethane Doming Resin features an excellent viscosity and flow which allows for the production of perfectly level and smooth domes, The optically clear formula produces a crystal clear finish which is none yellowing and UV Resistant making it perfect for external use. Supplied as a 1:1 mix ratio our polyurethane resin is hard wearing and semi-flexible and can be cured at room temperature. Curing can also be accelerated with a curing oven.
